Roy is ready to downsize from his four bedroom house that he has called home for the past 25 years. Open house guests don't like the small rooms, ancient carpet and clutter. The excess furniture was moved out along with the personal family items. The fireplace was painted to make it a focal point. And the carpet was removed to show hardwood floors underneath. Now visitors enjoy the open and light feel of the rooms. Interest has increased in his home and he should get an offer soon.

Reina and Debbie have live in their 3 bedroom house for 6 years. They need to sell because Debbie is relocating for her job. Open House guests didn't like the teddy bears in the foyer, the pool table in the living room or the fake finishing on the den walls. The pool table was removed, the walls were painted and the teddy bears were packed away. They received an offer $12,000 more than the asking price.
