Once his sentence is completed, the Penguin is released. But far from having reformed, he devises a sinister plan. He places a microphone in one of his umbrellas knowing that Batman will take it as evidence, then he is in charge of listening to all the deductions that the dynamic duo makes trying to predict the rogue's plans, in this way he manages to anticipate Batman's actions and avoid being Surprised. A very good episode, with excellent opening work from Burgess Meredith.
