So it's not that bad
Gold_Fish18 August 2020
I've seen the other attempt at a makeover show where they took the quirky and the fun and they changed into boring norm and that bored the hell out of me.

This show though is pretty fun - even with the dumb comments "Are you Albanian?" which made me crack and the P-Jazzles

There are loads of people with body -positivity issues coming through that revolving door and there's definitely some sexual innuendos going on, but nothing too harsh. Good way to spend an hour or so

Easy watch

If you go into it realising its trash TV, and you like that, then you'll enjoy it. If you're expecting documentary style TV, then you'll hate it. Its a fun watch, they help people with aesthetic issues, and seem like nice people 🙂

An interesting look into people and how they think/feel about themselves. The team help people to achieve what they want and in some cases- help to change lives. Loved it.

Judgemental and Rude
Dazzali2 September 2020
The girls on this show come across as judgmental and rude, they overreact over people's look and are quite vocal about it, which is terrible! Also there was this episode with the bodybuilder that both of them were all over him, if the roles were reversed everyone would be going crazy, respect should go both ways when it comes to women and men bodies. The show would be a lot better with nicer and less judgemental people! They come as bullies, terrible role models for young people!

absolutely horrible

I generally like shows on this theme, but the whole cast just seems rude and judgemental. if these people have the courage to expose their biggest insecurities and have them broadcast, at the very least they should be welcomed by a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Waste of Time

The girl is soo annoying and rude - she overreacts and I cannot believe she mixed up Albanians with albino - quite insulting, i'd say. No worth watching after I saw the ad. If there is - 100000 I would have rated it

Toxic.

The very fact that this show is called "body fixers" is bad enough. Promoting that people need to be fixed, when nothing is wrong with them in the first place.

It's this sort of show mixed with how people feel bad about themselves because Instagrammers, YouTubers any of that online trash that people spend hours a day watching, and leading them to be insecure because they're not "perfect".

News flash. No one is perfect. More and more people become riddled with insecurities because they are constantly exposed to standards which in real life are unattainable.

This plays directly into that. Broadcasting people's insecurities In the name of entertainment.

This is the very sort of thing that should not be, and will boost mental health problems.

No one is perfect, and when people learn that, believe that, and stop trying to live up to modern day standards, which are all fake in the first place, well, maybe then everyone will be so much happier.

For real, stop comparing yourself to others. Be you.
