Doing a kidnapping to get someone's attention is a desperate act, but Rebecca Naomi Jones is a desperate woman. She's dying of cancer anyway and her son has been two and half years incarcerated without a trial. Fortunately for her the ADA was Bridget Moynahan who did some due diligence and got this case moved. Amazing how both the cops and the DA's office messed up here.
But most of this episode concerns Donnie Wahlberg and Marissa Ramirez tracking down the murder of a drag performer. A drag performer by the way who was a member of the Yale Club. But her murderer is as far away from the Yale Club as you can get.
Nicely done especially Wahlberg and Ramirez's scene with the entertainers and earlier Wahlberg interrogating a Yale Club member who had an involvement with the deceased. You never what it takes to bring out the gay in you.
