Poor Zoe Wanamaker. Both of her Susan solo episodes in S11 were duds, and this is the worst of the two.
A decent premise is wasted, with weak jokes, and again Susan being so miserable about her marriage you wonder why she sticks with it. We're used to Ben being miserable, but Susan. Not for me in keeping with the character, sorry.
Quite why Janey is so keen for her Mum to have an affair I don't know either.
The B plot involving Michael is a little better, but this is certainly an episode that proves that the series had run its course.
