Here's how to get it: there is a DVD set of three old (1940's) "I Love A Mystery" films, which is put out by Onesmedia. Now, they include the 1973 film in the set, as a fourth film. It is available on Amazon, and I imagine other places as well.
For some unknown reason, the 1973 film was actually made in 1967, but did not air on TV until 1973! This is very puzzling, especially given such a talented cast. Perhaps it was a pilot for a TV series that didn't get picked up? But that's an awfully long time between the making of the movie and airing it.
