This is an excellent anime by Tite Kubo originating from the manga series Bleach. The anime is half way through but is more or less likely the if not one of the most popular animations out there. The main character, Ichigo Kurosaki, tantalizes your mind by taking you through a journey of being a Soul Reaper - Shinigami - who guide the departed souls to afterlife. Going beyond this, however, Ichigo's strength starkly increases after battles with various antagonists. Even though the end of the story line is yet not known, Bleach promises to keep you enticed and enthralled all the way to the end.
