What an excellent film!!
1 May 2007
I just viewed this film at the MGLFF in Miami Beach, Florida. The audience very much loved the film. It was shown at the Regal Cinema on Lincoln Road. I like great cinema.I also liked the internation feel of the film. Great detail to light and framing make this film unique. I so enjoyed the beautiful truth that unfolded. We are fortunate to have such great filmmakers who celebrate relationships like this one. Pratibha(Director) takes the viewer on a journey that uses all of their senses. I loved the story. Here are some words to describe it. ENLIGHTENED! EVOLVED! BEAUTIFUL! I look forward to seeing more of this young directors work. I know that she will be doing more and more great projects....

Alexander (2004)
Alexander is EXCELLENT!! Amazing Cinematography!!

When I view a film I look for truth, integrity, and emotion. This epic had all three elements. It is important for audiences to know about the Greek tragedies. Oliver Stone must have completed great research when creating this film. (Reading Antigone)

What brotherhood Alexander had for his soldiers. He really loved them. I viewed this motion picture in White Marsh, Maryland. The theater at White Marsh was a packed house. The audience present were cheering for Alexander and very accepting of his loveship for his kinsman.

This film comments on our current world situation. We are a people of many cultures. Although we are at a time in American history were we are at war. Alexander had a simply message taught to

him by the great Philosopher Aristotle(at the Agora) love all people no matter of race, color, or creed. The ideal applies today.

Oliver I salute you and your excellent work.....

You have showed the true Alexander to the world...

EXCELLENT!! "The Singing Forest"
18 September 2004
I salute young independent crews and casts who create original stories such as, "The Singing Forest". We are fortunate to have creative directors like Jorge Ameer among us. When I view a film I look for truth, integrity, and emotion. This feature had all three. It is important for audiences to know about the tragedy of the HOLOCAUST and how it changed peoples destiny.... We should honor those who died and cherish stories of them in all mediums especially film..

The story of two lovers who met during the WAR and reincarnated in modern day is very touching. I found all elements of the story important

and poignant to view.
