It is the year 2011 and i'm watching Babylon 5 for the first time in my life. what a loss of years without seeing it. This movie is perfect and got everything in it. Is not a sci-fi movie and just that. It is a movie about life, love and drama.Is a movie about history, friendship, duty, sacrifice,choices without fear, religion, philosophy and human defects and advantages. Is a movie with the finest humor and the biggest tears. You can't watch this movie and remain the same again. One part of our mind and soul will remain with and in Babylon 5. You ll dream about it and have difficulties in believing that the truth is only what you saw by now in our life. Babylon 5 creates a world of hate and love; sacrifice (kindness) and selfishness. you can love a character now hate him later and love it again in 3 episodes.Is a movie about God, about us, about past, present and future about how you can think and about what is right or not. You can learn and you will believe in this movie as it is the truth. Maybe it has his flows because is made in 1994 and the special effects are not perfect but it does not matter i did not have nothing to reproach. As subject and tension this movie is equal to The Godfather maybe somehow better. You ll find your responses in here. You ll try to become a better man you ll change your point of view about life and what do we see is real. You ll see the human kind as it is in 99 proportion. there are also some inconvenience after this series you ll have many problems to watch something else and love the same. Some part of you will always remain on BABYLON 5. Great job to the team that made it possible and i think it was not easy in this material and so far from spirituality world to realize this MASTERPIECE.

This film is almost perfect as many of the Romanian movies. Almost reality show not a movie. is a movie about real life real people with real life. Is a movie about Romania after the 89 revolution. About drama the people were living. Is about us and how we can adapt, we can change almost to somebody else. I recommend this movie as being a deep understanding one. Sometimes people are accusing others for doing things that they believe they won't and finish doing those things. this movie is not a fun one by far cause i finished watching and i had a bad taste in my mouth. and i remained thinking about many things. thinking about the things you can buy, about things you can get by creating illusions, about the people that can choose to do the good or the bad thing. don t loose it

Excellent movie. I saw Godfather and i started to hate other movies to watch. The same with Scent of a Women. The Libertine is this type of movie that makes you think you'll never see another movie that you'll love like this. So many ideas you can extract from this great movie that you can really learn about life. The images are perfect. The story so sad and so damn realistic. Is the simple story of a great man. he loves life the same way he hates it. He loves is wife but ignores her. he enjoys drinking and women the same way he loves theater. he is so not predictable. He is full of love and full of hate, a person so profound and so superficial. If you can enter in the role you'll love this movie. When you do not understand the meaning of life you try to destroy it, you'll regret it in the end but is too late. I really feel like that character that is created in this movie and so well played by Johnny Deep. Is a movie that must be understood as well as felt. Such a beautiful and so sick story. A movie that learns you and makes you cry. The words are anyway unimportant for this movie.

I do not understand how can this part of the movie be separated from the others 2 and be under-evaluated. The III series of the godfather is absolutely brilliant. perfect role-playing, perfect story and perfect directing. This movie moves me in the way not a lot of movies did. Is a movie about life that leads you to many conclusions. you can find yourself in the movie indifferent who you are and what you are it is impossible to not relate something with your life. A movie is really great in the moment that makes you cry and you remain with at least one great idea from it. This one is GREAT. Is the grand finale of a story of a man that had everything :love, money, family and power but not happiness.
