This episode gave a glimpse of the origin to not only Lil Dicky, but Dave as a person. Towards the end a sad truth (which I can relate to) becomes apparent and things take a dark turn that will make you shocked, angry and cry. Watching Dave come to terms with it was painful to watch.
This episode is dark and beautiful. And the best episode so far.

Very personal turning point for the show and Lil Dicky in general

Honestly this is the true turning point for the show and the IMDB score should be much higher.
This episode gives us a glimpse of the origins of not just Lil Dicky, but Dave as a person. Watching him come of age at camp as a teenager and being called on stage by the audience for a talent show, it shows his class clown behavior and it's roots.
However things take a dark turn when his camp friends reunite with him and it slowly becomes apparent that he was just being teased and bullied in an all too relatable way. And once Dave puts it together it's painful to watch. Not just question the "Lil Dicky" persona, but who he is.
This is just me analyzing the episode, but there's more than meets the eye. 10/10
