This "Room 104" episode 12 from season 3 called "The Specimen Collector" is one that's crazy yet clever as it has themes of isolation and being alone trapped inside one's own little world. Starring Cobie Smulders("How I Meet Your Mother" and "Stumptown") as a scientist who on a plane layover from a botanical experiment spends a night in "Room 104" only to find and awake to a much different world! It's like all of a sudden her whole room is green like an evergreen world has taken over with tress and it's an island all to itself(reminds me some of the Stephen King tale the death of Jordy Verill from "Creepshow") this was apparently caused by a specimen which touched something in the room! Overall strange and clever episode that proves it's strange staying in your own little world as it's a jungle out there!

Warning: Spoilers
The Specimen Collector has its finger on the environmental pulse in a global scale but all in one hotel room numbered 104. The environment is very lush, the plants and insects look so realistic and as the viewer, one almost gets lost and absorbed in Room 104 and the battle for the environment and its future.
The ending was a bit too whimsical.
This episode is one of the few times in Room 104 where a member of Hotel management is seen. In this episode the manager is played by J. P. Giuliotti. I'm surprised he didn't call the police but maybe he did. So far I don't think we've seen any hotel cleaners.
