In a recent interview, actress Radhikka Madan offered a glimpse into her mindset, career choices, and personal values, revealing a refreshing approach to her craft and life and we have the details!
Madan, known for her versatile roles in Bollywood including Kuttey, shared her philosophy on selecting projects, emphasizing her desire to inhabit diverse characters, “The question that I always ask myself is why do I wanna act? It’s because I wanna live different lives. I get bored with just living Radhikka’s life. The more different the character, the more intrigued I am. It should scare me, and that’s the exact roles I pick up. If I see a part and I start having doubts whether I’ll be able to do it or not, I make sure that I do it just so that I can challenge myself. So I chase things that really scare me.

Today late actor Irrfan Khan would have turned 54. Irrfan Khan's elder son Babil shared an old video of Irrfan, his mother Sutapa Sikdar and younger brother Ayaan’s message for him.
It showed Irrfan recording the video while Sutapa joined it, thinking that he was on a video call with Babil. Ayaan got a little nervous about record a message for his brother and tried to escape it.
Sharing the video, Babil wrote, “You never identified with institutions such as contractual marriage and birthday celebrations. Perhaps, that is why I don’t remember anyone’s birthdays because you never remembered mine and never encouraged me to remember yours. It was just normal to us what seemed absurd from the outside, we celebrated everyday (bringing personal experiential authenticity to the cliche). On the occasion, Mamma would have to remind us both; but this time I could not forget yours if I tried.

Radhika keeps entertaining fans with her captions as she keeps borrowing lines from film dialogues, songs and even memes.
In the past, she has used old Hindi songs such as "Kaun main haan tum" ("Ajnabee"), "Oh oh jaane jaana" ("Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya") for captions in her posts.
The actress was last seen in "Angrezi Medium", the last Bollywood release before the lockdown, and also the final film of the late Irrfan Khan.
She will next be seen...
In the image, Radhika is seen posing on a jet ski. As caption, Radhika wrote: "Main Ladki Po Po Po".
The words form the starting line of a song filmed on Tabu and Suniel Shetty in Priyardarshan's 2000 comedy hit, "Hera Pheri".

At long last, the masses will be able to see Christopher Nolan’s latest in about a month. Yes, earlier today there was a press release put out by Warner Bros. announcing when Tenet would be coming to homes. Officially, December 15th is when the film will be available on 4K, Blu-ray, and Digital Video On Demand. The movie obviously is still playing in theaters, but with no signs that Los Angeles or New York City will see cinemas opening soon, this seems like the right call by WB. Nolan fans will get to finally see the flick, no one is put at risk, and the company can continue to try and make some money back on it. All in all, everyone seems to win here with this choice… Here’s the press release, making the Tenet announcement: Burbank, CA, November 5 – “Tenet,” the must-see motion picture event, playing now on...

Actor Pankaj Tripathi, who is loved for his versatility on screen, says he is glad that he got a chance to essay several interesting comic roles in Bollywood.
Tripathi's comic streak as an actor has been particularly popular in films such as "Stree", the "Fukrey" franchise, "Bareilly Ki Barfi", "Luka Chuppi" and "Angrezi Medium".
"Every piece of work has to make a point. That's the whole point of art. Although the nineties had a certain brand of comedy, new-age films demand that we poke fun more responsibly and use comedy to say something effective. In such a scenario, comedy films have to offer more than just about laughs and fun. Similarly, actors are expected to bring more to the table," Tripathi said.
"I am glad I got the chance of doing some memorable comedies like 'Stree', the 'Fukrey' franchise among others," he added.

The very last screen shot of Irrfan Khan in the cinema. From the film Angrezi Medium (2020). (Hat tip)
In truly terrible news the great Indian actor Irrfan Khan has died of cancer at just 53 years of age. His passing came just four days after his own mother passed away... though he was well enough a month ago to be tweeting and supporting what would become his last picture Angrezi Medium.
The international star had recently headlined the popularPuzzle (2018) co-starring Kelly Macdonald but he was diagnosed with cancer that year and hadn't been working much since. The beloved Bollywood star actually began his big screen career in an Oscar nominated film. It was Mira Nair's breakthrough Salaam Bombay (1988) which became India's first Oscar nominee in the Foreign-Language Film category. A success in Bollywood in the 1990s, Irrfan crossed over into international stardom in the mid Aughts with...

Irrfan Khan, the wide-eyed actor who enjoyed art house acclaim in his native India and crossover-success with major Hollywood roles including “Life of Pi,” "The Lunchbox," “Jurassic World” and “Inferno,” died on Wednesday. He was 53.
Khan was previously diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumour in 2018 and underwent extensive treatment in London. He recovered well enough to shoot what would turn out to be his last film “Angrezi Medium,” the release of which was abruptly cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic in March.

Angrezi Medium the successor to 2017’s Hindi Medium. Directed this time by Homi Adajania, this sequel story is set 20 years on, and like all things in time a new cast has grown around Irrfan to bring a new light to this story.
Hindi Medium’s music was a combination of Punjabi stars Guru Randhawa and Sukhbir being directed by Sachin-Jigar, with each song being a hit in itself. Angrezi Medium has been put together again by Sachin-Jigar, this time getting the assistance of Taniskh Bagchi. The same 4 song format has been chosen for this 16-minute album, allowing each song to have its own punch but not get in the way of the storyline.
“Ek Zindagi… sau quahisa” is the opening chorus of the first song of the album aptly tiled Ek Zindagi. A punchy number with a simple beat to accompany the young voice of Sachin’s daughter Taniskaa Sanghvi.

Starring Irrfan, Radhika Madan, Deepak Dobriyal,Kareena Kapoor Khan, Dimple Kapadia
Directed by Homi Adajania
In spite of a fractured prelude in mofussil Rajasthan which, like a herd of sheep in a grazing stretch , meanders all over, Angrezi Medium is a very strong relationship drama, anchored by a powerful performance by Irrfan. Though his illness has visibly ravaged him, he remains a force to reckon with.
Irrfan’s Champak Bansal (no relation to his Raj Batra in Hindi Medium) is a proud Rajasthani rustic mithaiwala who lives and breathes for his motherless daughter. He oils and combs her hair and monitors her moves with the single-mindedness of a human drone , and doesn’t mind being labeled an ‘over-possessive’ and a ‘paranoid’ parent . These labels don’t count for Champak. He wouldn’t even know what they mean. All he knows is how to be a father. The rest can go fly a kite.
Starring Irrfan, Radhika Madan, Deepak Dobriyal,Kareena Kapoor Khan, Dimple Kapadia
Directed by Homi Adajania
