One of the few episodes I wasn't looking down the barrel of a BB gun!

Finally I don't have to cringe how a Hollywood production can't supply less obvious fake (B.B.) guns.

Great to see the BOOTS be with their highers-up and perform well. Good story and good directing.

Great family watch

Really good episode where boots get to ride with senior officers. This show is funny but also is able to illustrate some nice human and relationship issues. Definitely in my current top 10 watches.

Nolan welcomes his son Henry that arrived in LA to visit him. Meanwhile, Captain Zoe Andersen orders that Sgt. Grey and she should patrol the streets of LA with the rookies to have contact with the field work. She selects Lucy and Sgt. Grey chooses Nolan to go with him. Henry and Sgt. Grey daughter Dominique befriend each other while their fathers are working. Tim and Talia are joined in the patrol and their relationship is conflicting. Angela and West help the cocky and arrogant lawyer Wesley Evers and West feels a crush between Angela and Wesley.

"Flesh and Blood" is an entertaining episode of "The Rookie". The episode is funny, despite the dramatic moment of the man's suicide. Love is in the air with Angela and Wesley. My vote is eight.

This was a fun episode! Many funny periods but also some enlightening content about Grey and Anderson.

Definitely in my top 6 for favorite shows. Nathan Fillion is great, and so is the rest of the cast. Entertaining and never political. Thank you for that.

Warning: Spoilers
Once again this show displays the writers' bias and agenda with a blatant attack on gun owners and the "good guy with a gun" story. Interestingly enough when this show aired there was a news story about a good guy with a gun successfully ending a situation and this episode portrays a situation with the exact opposite outcome.

It is also quite discouraging that the person who made the derogatory comments about lawful gun owners is the black person with a community organizer husband. Using them to display this narrative is a horrible stereotype. The show producers really need to gat a handle on this because it ruins the enjoyment for a lot of people on both sides of the isle.
