I love the series "The Toys That Made Us" is excellent...even when it talks about toys I couldn't care less about due to my age. After all, I grew up in the original G.I. Joe era...and still found episodes about He-Man and Power Rangers enjoyable. Like the rest, I did enjoy the one on My Little Pony....though there is one glaring absence in the show. While they BRIEFLY mention Bronies, they never really talk about them...and mentioning that there are many adult male fans who have created My Little Pony 'toys' to sleep with (and more). And, many of these same folks have hyper-sexualized a childs' toy (and, in some sad cases, the kids who love the toys)...which is odd never to mention in any way. A major omission...and one of the unsavory sides of the toys that was never intended by Hasbro but which, sadly, exists. Because of this, it's not one of the better episodes of the series....I normally score them much higher.
By the way, I am expecting many NOT HELPFULS...but I recommend you research more about the extreme Bronies instead of blaming me about mentioning them in this revie.
