Okay I am writing this only for the guy complaining about the singing.
aarongnr9 April 2019
They didnt even sing one full song, and the singing was really good. Unlike in Riverdale, it actually made sense here and added something to the episode. If you cant bare 2 mins of singing in a 50min episode I dont know if anyone can help you haha.

Splendid finale
tokyo8725 April 2019
And after the abysmal S02E08 the creator takes back the reins and the season finale becomes an tense, suspenseful epsiode with twists, drama, character development, good acting, connections to episodes before and cliffhangers that are not frustrating but intriguing enough to have you waiting excitedly for the next season. Well done, Mr. Aguirre-Sacasa :)

Chapter Twenty

Warning: Spoilers
An uneven second season for sure, but that was definitely a wild finale.

Drama, a lot of intense action, it had me on the edge of my seat and with that cliffhanger they perfectly set up Season 3.

Could be a great series finale...
songod-9500315 May 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Not sure if the show is coming back for a third go round but if not this ep served as a fine finale.

As for the singing? It was fine and fit perfectly into the story. Not like everything stopped just for a musical moment that had no place. Why anyone is complaining is maybe they just don't like the style of music.

The use of The Doors epic classic "The End" was also perfect. Surprised it is not listed under the music credits here.

For being the queen of hell Sabrina is pretty modest. Having a flesh colored top under the gown which clearly covered her breasts was a bit much. Does Keirna, like Katherine Isabelle, have a strict no-flesh-showing contract clause? Not even by accident??

The show over all annoys me. Truly. Blackwood especially. Plus the constant "Hail Satan" and "Hell be praised" and all that inverse Christian dialog gets tiresome. Witches, real ones, do not worship Satan. They do not believe in God or Satan but find their power(s) in the elements. I know cause I grew up near Salem, MA and have had a fair share of Wicca friends. They would be angered by the show.

At any rate, fine finale to the season and possible the show.

What kind of satanists are these people?
Ar_Pharazon_the_golden21 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I liked the second season overall, and the whole reverse miracles storyline. But one has to wonder why the satanists (even the faithful ones, not Sabrina) turn against Satan for...trying to bring hell on earth. Duh. What did you expect?

Other than that, I didn't very much like the characterisation of Lucifer in general. The actor was handsome but not in any angelic or dark way (if that makes sense), he was more of a contemporary american yuppy type (are yuppies still contemporary?), most undarklordlike. And what would really take the series to the next step would be if he possessed a more sympathetic, nuanced personality than the rather simplistic one he's given: not every single plot thread in the season needed to be about a bad guy underestimating and undermining a woman: you have SATAN as a character, make use of him. Also, for pity's sake, that lame gold cloak he wore was atrocious. The Jonestown massacre, the sort of plausible way to win, and the momentum from the previous, excellent episode kept the finale on a good level, but still, slightly disappointing.

This episode is ridiculous
ligiagamora20 April 2019
The references are poor and underconstructed (why the hell Prudence had a samurai sword?? it looks like she had it just to show the public that the director knows kill bill, samurai fiction or any bruce lee film), they choosed the worst Phantom of the Opera song to honor in a scene totaly out of context. The writters seem to have no idea how to end up the plot. They grabed too much information and tied up the whole story well during the first season and then desconstruct them all in the lasts twenty minutes of the last episode of the show. It was so rushed! Definitively doesn't work.

Disappointed
bestford23 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
The whole episode jumped around like a train wreck. So Lilith says she will bestow two things, Sabrinas power which was ridiculous that she lost her power in the first place not like she was more powerful than Lucifer. Secondly she put Nick inside salam making him a talking cat, woooo. But no she resurrected the teacher instead...... Missed opportunity......
