Developed in a fascinating short animation in which a documentary about wolves, Colombian program of Bogota development, buildings and mix of stop motion and classic drawings are used for a powerful message about community problems, dark menaces, about priorities and about risks. A fascinating film who you admire for technical solutions and rich imagination but, more important, you feel it scene by scene. A film defined by precise portrait of near reality and, in same measure, by rich imagination. An experimental film, no doubts. But a real seductive and profound useful one.
