This series re-create Barbie life in the dreamhouse but with "real" characters, that is with real Barbie and friends dolls. Chapter plots are the same and still fun, although lack some magic and you can see hands moving the dolls, others hanging from fishing line, etc. I thing the show would much improve by having a more accurate moving technique such as stop motion but mantaining its original dialogues and jokes it is still a nice entertainment for those who -like me- miss the original show.

Absolutely outstanding vs the animated 💩

The "live" dolls make the show far more entertaining and funnier than its poorly animated cartoon equivalent. Very quickly you don't see the kid's hands moving the characters (unless they are making a self depreciating joke about it). Seeing the dolls live their lives as actual toys (vs the creepy computer animation) had had my daughter making her own barbie toy adventures!
