"Book Be Gone" features Ludo recovering from the last time he was possessed by Toffee. I really am surprised that it didn't show him being possessed the whole time. I'm a little unclear as to why he needed to have Ludo personally destroy the spell book to get rid of Glossaryck. Toffee's motivations are pretty vague at this point. Still, I appreciate how organized it was and I'm fairly certain that the destruction of the book will be something important later in the story. Dang, does Glossaryck like pudding. ***
"Marco And The King" focuses on King River and how he's just been partying since Star and Moon left. Marco does in fact appear, but we still don't get to actually see him use his interdimensional scissors. I'm sure he did! The episode ends with Ludo about to take over the kingdom and the sad thing is that we never do see him do that. I was disappointed Tom and Pony Head didn't appear as they are much more interesting characters than the King. Of course, I love Marco as the best of all. ***
