Alice (Tessa Netting) keeps hearing strange noises inside her apartment and soon she has food with bites taken out of it. Naturally she thinks that she's dealing with rodents but the truth is much more terrifying.
THE DWELLER is another very entertaining short from director Calvin Main who certainly has a talent when it comes to building up suspense. This here was the third short that I had watched of his and I must admit that I'm really hoping he can find a way to make a feature length film because he clearly has the talent to do so. I'm not going to spoil what happens here but it's quite effective. The film also benefits from a strong performance by Netting who is certainly believable in the role and she also adds a nice comic touch and especially when her frustrations build up about nothing being done about the rodents. This one here is certainly worth checking out.
