This is not even a discussion the the film is clearly a satire on the life of Sarathi Baba. However, the movie doesn't show anything that people don't already know. The performances are okay, music is mediocre and forgettable.
The only good thing about Rangila Baba is that it mocked the baba the way it was expected. I saw some interviews of Sarathi Baba on YouTube and he was no different from the baba on screen. The body language and accent was done to maximum possible by the lead actor Kuna Tripathy. As I haven't seen many Odia films, I can't say how the filmmaking culture is there but when looked from a broader view, it looks like a half-baked film done in hurry. You can only enjoy it if you're looking for mockery of the fake guru Sarathi Baba and bad acting. Good luck.
