The show was ok but he never solves anything. Or even has a good theory just pure uncut speculation which is rather obvious to everyone.i normally enjoy his shows but this one was a miss for mw.

Hope for the families and friends of the victims

I don't get the rather negative rating. I think the fact that these cases are being brought to light again is very positive, despite the documentary itself not revealing much more than what's already known. These cases are still open, so they can't really shed more information, which is still upheld by the Police. Well done for revisiting these cases and bringing them back to the eye of the public once again, even if only to give the families and friends of the victims some hope, that they haven't been forgotten. The documentary was a bit empty and lacked significant content, but I still enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Unsolved will remain unsolved with this clown investigating.
keithxroberts-128 August 2016
The self promoting McIntyre has always managed to make a little go a long way and this series is no different.

A very simple premise is to take an unsolved crime and spend 90% of the programme retelling what happened and then offer some possible explanations by doing what McIntyre is a past master at and state the bleeding obvious... "she could have been killed by someone she knew or someone she didn't".

The programme never comes up with anything knew or add anything to the investigation that could lead to a resolution just trotting out so called experts offering "possible" theories.

Bland, boring and pointless just like the man himself.

How can you do a series with stating all the time the obvious then have zero results, new information and no conclusion, a compete waste of time, utter junk.

The only truth is that the cases are unsolved

This series is so awful. Seriously.

If I could have given it zero or even minus stars, I would have.

A rehash of the very basic "facts" of a case padded out with rumour and conjecture by a "cold case team" 😂 who just stand around a blackboard spouting nonsense.

The first episode tried to introduce "new evidence" (which the police were fully aware of) that the child's father was a convicted paedophile. Interesting they only introduce him as a suspect long after his death.

As a true crime investigation fan I gave this a try - but this is so far from anything resembling an investigation that I really wouldn't waste your time.

I know I won't be tarnishing my Tv set with anymore of this absolute dog turd, the target audience of which is little old ladies and those who just want to shout at the Tv.
