I watched Neighbours every day from the start for over 30 years but had to quit when the plots became too long and intense. I still pop back very occasionally for key milestones and was a bit disappointed here because what was billed as 'Paul Robinson's greatest hits' was simply judgemental hypocrite Aaron whining on as usual - they could have at least shown clips to illustrate the 'blink-and-you'll-miss-it' conversation. On the upside, I loved the voice over at the start and end because, although Paul may be the resident villain, I remember him before all his bad stuff and deep down he still has the love of Helen Daniels in his heart so there's always hope for him, especially in those moments when kindness and compassion resurfaces like tracking down Josh's plaque.
