Warning: Spoilers
I was privileged to appear in Missing Moon Rocks, which is a short documentary by 21 time Emmy award director Troy Hale. Troy Hale earned his latest Emmy for this picture in the category of Best Historical Documentary. After spending months researching every aspect of the topic Troy brought his vision to life on the screen and did so by going on location to follow the storyline with uncanny accuracy and humanity. Troy Hale transitioned from a college classroom to the lunar lab at Johnson Space Center, from video footage of NASA conquest of the moon to the plight of a missing Apollo 17 Goodwill Moon Rock in Michigan, a moon rock worth 5 million dollars on the Black Market. In the end he highlighted a problem and inspired those who saw the film to go out and find missing Apollo era moon rocks; a link to mankind's greatest accomplishment in space.
