Buried in Frogs with Joan Van Ark (2015)

*** (out of 4)

Fun 10-minute interview with actress Joan Van Ark who discusses everything involving FROGS, the cult 1972 picture. Van Ark starts off talking about why she wanted to do the film, which pretty much boiled down to working with a hunk like Sam Elliott and the fact that her father was a huge fan of Ray Milland. Van Ark talks about what it was like shooting in the swamps of Florida during the summer and she shares her memories of all of her co-stars. She also discusses how she came to realize that there was a good size cult following out there for this film. Fans of FROGS are going to enjoy this quick interview as the actress certainly comes across as being fun and she has some nice stories to share about the shooting of the picture. I wish a few of her questions had been more detailed including what Milland was like on the set but overall this is a winning interview.
