Josephine Doe is simply brilliant! Alone" can mean many things to people ... in crowds, family and society...how better could a film depict such mental anguish, trauma and coming to grips with reality in this realistic and moving story! Slow? No, this film is a maturing look both forwards and back. Character development and script is par excellence - in the tone of "One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest". Storyline is so real it hurts. Photography could not be better.
When a film could tell its story without words, without sound - only with character expressions and careful production, it's a hands down timeless success winner!
