There are many things going on with different characters in this episode. The most is with Tsubaki in the beginning, and then Kaori's towards the end. Also a new character introduced.

The senpai was a really wonderful person to show that much kindness as he offers to break up.
Hurting others while still wanting to remain oblivious to her surroundings, it was pretty nice that Tsubaki finally faced her feelings.
Being too nice can be harsh too...
