"Stone Cold" Steve Austin Vs Savio Vega
Austin wins with a Stunner. Are these two even capable of having a poor match? From the looks of things, I'd say no. Another solid outing from these two.

Marc Mero (W/Sable) Vs Owen Hart (W/Jim Cornette)
Stone Cold joins for commentary. Mero wins with some sort of roll- up. We're 2 for 2 on this show so far! This is a decent match between these two that had the potential to be much more. Owen's loss doesn't hurt him in any way since it was a roll-up.

Jim Ross interviews The British Bulldog, who is with Diana. Davey says Shawn tried to take away his prized possession, his wife. At King of the Ring, he's gonna take the WWF Championship away from Shawn. Shawn Michaels comes out and he and The Bulldog get into a big pull-apart brawl.
Jerry Lawler beats up Aldo Montoya in the ring to send a message to The Ultimate Warrior for their match at King of The Ring before Jake Roberts makes the save.
A part of Brian Pillman's press conference of his signing with the WWF is shown. He talks about how grateful he is to be with the WWF.
Jake "The Snake" Roberts Vs Goldust (W/Marlena)
Goldust wins with a clothesline after throwing glitter in Jake's face. HOWEVER, referee, Harvey Whippleman sees it all over Jake's face and reverses the decision. This was a pretty boring match that felt very lengthy, even though it wasn't all that long. The finish was pretty weird as well.

Jim Cornette has selected Mr. Perfect to be the guest referee in the WWF Championship match between Shawn Michaels and The British Bulldog at the King of the Ring.
