The MacGuires' storyline being dropped just as it's getting interesting once again is frustrating;we don't even get a mention of it from Denny this time.Chris does his best to win Denny over but spends too much time obsessing over Casey...although the way she's ogling him with his shirt off, he might not be being paranoid.Spencer's interaction with Chris is great.
Alf and Maddy's interaction doesn't quite get reset a couple of weeks but it does feel like we're having the storyline replayed with minor differences.So Alf's suddenly back to making things difficult for Maddy and Josh, while Maddy suddenly starts acting up for no good reason and neglecting her schoolwork.The only one that really deserves sympathy is Josh, who's caught in the crossfire.
And there's some stuff between Heath and Bianca which mainly consists of Bianca being mean about Irene a lot and then giving a late apology. Still, it's nice to see some of Heath's gentle side and to see Ricky supporting him:It's a shame the rest of the family aren't involved.
