I'm one of those people who loves true crime. I read all the books, watch all the Investigation Discovery shows, etc.
At first I thought the narration by someone acting like the victim was going to be hokey but it works.
This first episode was such a gut punch. That's when you know the story was told in an effective way. The cruelty of the perpetrators is astounding. How could you do that someone? And not all of a sudden but meticulously planning it out? Furthermore, it's shocking that after 3 searches, they didn't hear the baby and didn't notice a big trash bag in the closet or the drawers to a dresser being nailed shut!
Thank goodness the baby survived and is bringing the victim's parents joy and some peace.
