Really loved this Documentary... It really hit home with me in so many places. Not ever being in the music biz but knowing those that are I see so much of the drive that it takes to get into not only the music biz but also other hard to achieve positions in life. If you're into music or have a band of your own I suggested watching this film. Get some popcorn and a few friends and have a few laughs it's really worth it.

A true and genuine rock and roll story
turneraustin-432438 January 2021
This is such a special documentary and story to me personally. I know Criss, Steve, and Corey personally and have played music with them in the past. The story of August Christopher is truly one about the unsung heroes of rock and roll. The heroes that were born to make music. It's about the musicians that refuse to quit on their dreams even when things take a hard turn. Their are many many stories of bands just like August Christopher but very few capture the true essence of what it means to be an artist and a musician like "All or Nothing" does.

It's a true journey through rock n roll.

All or Nothing

Excellent movie about a band that just wouldn't give up no matter the odds! Fun and entertaining. Excellent music! Very inspiring how the lead singer grows and over comes odds and still succeeds. Nothing to loose by watching this. Very entertaining. Great scenes that keep you watching to see just what could happen next with the band. Good look into what a rock band goes thru to perform and the troubles and trials they see and the sheer hard work that goes into a band.

Just plain genius. This is the real Spinal Tap.

What a roller-coaster! A wonderfully executed film all the way through. So much fun to watch. A talented man with a talented band. All the ups and downs. Even the inside outs! Loved the way he recorded himself a decade ago with the obvious intent to compile it all into a film. The heart shows throughout. I have watched this film 4 times all the way through. Simply superb.

Horrible

This amateurish documentary sucked me in. I couldn't stop watching. The band was so full of themselves, and the "fans" have obviously never listened to music before. The band is nothing special. Typical bar band you can find all over the country yet they acted like they were The Beatles, Rolling Stones or something. Horrible yet hilarious

Interesting Music Documentary
JGReviews19 January 2021
I really liked this music doc. It's refreshing to see a film in this genre that's a bit different. All or Nothing is the true story of a prolific band that didn't quite make it, which actually made the narrative that much more complex and interesting. In addition, the band, August Christopher, puts on quite a show! Looks like All or Nothing had some film festival success too, which speaks to the merit of the doc. I definitely recommend for music documentary fans.

Really?

Homemade "documentary" about a local Nashville generic bar band, the type with band members of wildly varying ages and looks. The ratings are from friends and family, but I have to hand it to them, the "reviews" suckered me into watching about 10 minutes of it before I realized it was a con job.

Cringeworthy

My god how painful this was to watch, turned it off after ten minutes. I would love to know how much money they blew on making this documentary. These guys are an insult to real musicians everywhere. Just because you packed your gear in a van and played covers at a bunch of redneck dive bars across the US doesn't mean you were a successful band that deserves a documentary, especially when you're quoted in the documentary saying you "did it for the chicks". I'm going to go vomit now.
