The truth about Spencer and Maddy comes out surprisingly quickly, with Alf, Roo and Harvey learning what's really going on not long after the viewer does. There's a curious shifting of attitude between the pair, with Maddy suddenly the more trusting one, although she has always been shown as the one least happy with their situation.Spencer showing off his knowledge is another good moment.
