This Episode begins with Meredith, she is learning Zola to be potty trained. Thomas gives Cristina a ride to work. Meredith gives Melissa first help. Melissa survived it. Cristina and Thomas perform a heart surgery together. Meredith is emotional because Melissa has the same condition as Lexie was in when she died. Zola has a fever. Meredith is attached Melissa. Meredith and Cristina perform a surgery at the same time. Thomas collapsed during a surgery. Parker resuscitates Thomas. Katy her surgery was successful. Thomas past away. Cristina is back in Seattle. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 9, what a beautiful Episode with Cristina and Meredith in it. They have such a special connection!

Meredith is late for school because Zola is not able to pee. Christina cannot move from her bed. Christina and Meredith now talk over the phone and Christina's car is under snow. Meredith is late for work and her voice overs still continue. To get to work Christina calls her best friend Dr. Thomas to bring her to work. He has a new surgery for her to perform with him. The new patient is preparing for the world ending and she does it with her partner. While on her way to work an accident has happened where a cyclist is trapped under the wheel of a car where she has to scream for help. People then help her and after a voice-over the women who was trapped breaths. Dr. Parker offers Christina a surgery but she goes with Thomas. Parker tells Christina to stay away from Thomas because he does to appreciate him as much as she does. The surgery's go on at the same time and no one wants to give up.Webber is forces Meredith to give up and let the patient go. Thomas's patient was saved and Parker has problems with him either way. Parker tells him he will be looking at every case he will do from then on. Webber then tells Meredith her judgment may be clouded because the injuries were the same as her sister. Meredith and Christina talk on the phone once again and Meredith leaves Zola with Callie. Meredith and Christina's patient are alive with some problems. Meredith once again as to hustle to leave her daughter with someone. Christina worries that Parker will not like the surgery that he wants to do. Meredith is caused problems in the hospital with a sick crying baby. Christina stands up to Parker but he still says Thomas is holding her back. AsMeredith goes into surgery her baby is somewhere we do not know. Christina and Meredith do their surgery's at the same time and Meredith's starts to crash while Christina and Craig are able to talk about their problems. When Meredith's patient is safe she does her stupid dance party. Just when Christina is almost done her surgery Dr. Thomas falls to the ground and dies. Parker then comes in to try revive PThomas. At the end everybody's Patents are saved and Bailey gives Meredith a list of babysitters for Zola. Just as Meredith puts Zola to sleep Christina is at the door.
