- Scenes of vampire-on-human violence which happen offscreen, little violence is shown but bloodcurling screams are heard which may be disturbing. Sometimes played for comedy, other times for unease.
- A teenage boy accidentally runs into a shipping container and blood begins to pour from a wound in his head.
- A bat is smacked with a badminton racket before the end of it is pressed against the head, crushing its skull as a mercy kill. This isn't shown onscreen but the sounds are briefly heard.

- A woman bites the throat of a male teenager from behind and pounces on him, beginning to suck his blood. He is seen twitching but no blood is shown during the scene, though some is seen on her mouth afterwards.
- In the climax, a woman attempts to transform a character into a vampire and bites into his neck; he is seen twitching and convulsing, this scene is extremely disturbing and upsetting. The bloody puncture wounds in his neck are briefly shown in two later shots.
