Bj and Kate at the bar talk about who earns more with Ben coming over to order. We learn that Kate had a bad 21st so the guys decide to plan a 26th birthday party for her instead of going to an ice cream shop. She says no but they go ahead with it. Ben decides to look for the help of Kate's friend Molly. When Kate gets home from work the part she didn't want is happening. Then Ben gives a note that her best present is Molly her party friend is at the party which makes BJ feel jealous as she eats her food looking in. When people try to come in contact with Bj she still stares at her. Then Ben takes her away to steal a tree while Kate leaves her own party. Then when Bj and Ben break Darcy's window she brings them into her house and Ben talks with her about their past relationship. Bj then comes in to talk to Darcy about why Ben is so great and she sort of goes to far with it as she usually does. When Kate is told of Ben's friends feeling she sees him as her brothers friend. When the guys steal money when trying to get drugs Kate does not want to do it. The next day Ben brings Kate to the ice cream parlor for her yearly tradition. This time she has everyone there with her. Nice episode but this show has just gotten so boring.
