Horror, science fiction or just depression?

"88:88" is a 14-minute movie from 3 years ago and the first of (so far) two filmmaking efforts by Joey Ciccoline. Well.. what can I say. The best thing here is not the direction or the writing, or the story or the atmosphere, but the lead actress' stunning looks. Unfortunately, nothing is on par with these. It's pretty mediocre from start to finish and I just never really understood or cared about what was going on. Apparently, the protagonist's alarm-clock plays a major role. There are supernatural elements in here, but I really wonder what Ciccoline was trying to tell in this one. Maybe it's just his lack of experience. In any case, I wonder why the lead actress Rachael Kahne is not credited first here as she is in this one from start to finish and we see nobody else, only hear. Pretty forgettable movie overall, I hope Ciccoline can step things up in the future.
