As Kelli Giddish character of Amanda Rollins will now be leaving the show on December 8th there but really trying to warm up to Molly Burnett's Grace Muncy as hope that Rollins will train Muncy on it there. As it is about connecting with the victims and their families there.

Meanwhile it is the second episode to have like the rescue over in Cleveland there and that nothing seems to be in the adding up there. With all hands now on deck there.

Two people both parents and restaurant employers are shot but they survived as their daughter is taken hostage. And it is important for them to identify this person so that they can nail this you know what.

And that this person would be murderer and kidnapper there may or may not be someone the two parents know. As it could be a disgruntled employee having a grudge and targeting those two.

Joe Velasco was trying to get Grace to see things not in black and white but in being open minded there.

Ending is shocking and how it all comes in place but don't expect one of a "happy" ending but one of confusing and shocking.

Well, the guest stars looked a little bit different in the episode tonight, so at least we have that to praise, but overall the episode did not really do it for me. You can make the cast look different, but it is still going to feel exactly the same if the case of the week is exactly the same.

This show is still good TV, it still gets okay numbers and the fans are passionate about it, but too many weeks they just take off and don't give us much.

Watchable, by any definition of the word, but not one you will ultimately remember much about a few days or even a week after it has concluded its airing.
