Oddly funny old public domain cartoons. Retro public service commercials and commercials are shown. Professor Z does science experiments while acting odd and funny. There is a sponsor every week and a giveaway to viewers. Guest stars like Carbon the Science Hound. Viewers can send in their drawings of Professor Z to be put up in the art gallery. The It's A Cartoon Show's fan page at Facebook has fun and games. The show is filmed in black and white with old time film effects. Sometimes the science experiments work, sometimes they don't and sometimes there is a fire. Some of the experiments so far has been: FizzyGlo, Brainwave Carousel, Flame-O-Gel, Valcano, Expando Foam and Soap Boat. A fun little show that I look forward to watching a new episode every Saturday.
