A fourth season, so we have it

Warning: Spoilers
Lindsay's first episode in season 4's character-centric format is Indian Takers, an underrated effort that builds on the great characters of Lindsay and Tobias. The opening caption identifying Lindsay Bluth-Funke as neither Bluth nor Funke is spot on, considering her animosity with her family and her newly discovered adopted status. It does fit when she moves over to the Victims section, and Tobias' fallacy dance (from nothing) reflects his flamboyant and clueless nature, a turn-off for Lindsay. Her brief journey to India has some fun with the culture of a country other than the US or Mexico- the idea of the beach being so crowded you can't tell it's a beach is a little gem.

It definitely fits with Lindsay and Tobias' lack of sense that they get tricked into such an obviously inappropriate house, swamping them with debt. Them actually thinking they could have a Thanksgiving dinner by putting a live bird in their oven is the most hilarious part of the episode. One surprising thing is a new development- although Tobias and Lindsay have had an "open marriage" since season 2, neither was able to actually have extramarital sex until Lindsay in this episode- though at the end she realizes she made her "huge mistake." The extended length of this episode (and Lindsay's new look) may have been off- putting to some viewers, but as a huge AD fan and someone who enjoys Lindsay, I was happy to spend a few extra minutes with her.
