It really is hard to work out how the show wants people to feel about Charlie and Brax. They get a big romantic score as if this is supposed to be some great forbidden romance but all that's shown on screen is Charlie beating herself up over what she's become and Brax convincing her that it's all worth it if they can hang out on a beach and have sex. Then Charlie finds out Brax has framed someone else for their crime and breaks up with him for about the sixteenth time. Will it stick? Of course not.
Whilst Bianca's behaviour towards Liam is rather uncomfortable on one level, there's a nice surprise when, after his initial shock, he gets over her sleeping with Heath again pretty quickly and they make a move towards reconciliation.
The VJ running away storyline is resolved rather disappointingly and seems to serve no purpose other than to get Leah and Miles in a car together.Miles' little eccentricities like eating lollies and arguing about music are much welcome, although his eventual meltdown feels a bit forced.Elijah gets some nice material as he encourages Leah to make up with Miles.
