First let me say that I love this show and have watched all episodes... however the writing in this particular episode was so so bad. They have a great cast so please don't have the show loose ratings due to bad plot writing.
Cons: A plot about raining frogs, excessive heat/wind that melts the porta potty handles, and a horrible green filter that slides right over the shot... is just bad writing.
Pros: The love interest in the pastor was a nice touch and amusing. The FBI part at the end might be interesting but seems a little out of the box again.
This show needs to get back to more plausible rescues for which the show was created. I know there is always going to be some creative ideas but it needs to be a balance.
