Nothing really new in this story about digging, drilling workers. Guys working in tunnels, just under the Hudson River in New York City.
William Bendix plays here a vet among them all, who suddenly discovers he has a son, a worker like him. Of course, as you can imagine, Bendix tries to persuade the young man not to imitate him, choose another job, not risking his life every day for a very hard labour. Well, even it remains a solid short drama, there is nothing really exciting here, I repeat. It may show us the real condition of work for these men, who don't look like every one of us. But that's all. Too much predictable for my taste.
A rare episode. I don't know who the director is.
