Awesome authentic documentary, as if you're walking along through the slums of Kinshasa with these street girls.
Very raw and unadulterated, lots of poverty and misery - with some shocking scenes- but still a sprightly, positive vibe radiates from this film.
Also praise the cameraman! Clever how they managed to -almost imperceptibly- get so close to the girls' skin. The girls remain their spontaneous selves and do what they do - smoking weed, stealing, fighting, joking around- as if the camera is not there.
The soundtrack also swings with delicious African beats.
Fits in with other top films like 'Kinshasa kids' and 'Capharnaum'
