Madison Junior High is preparing their annual Faculty Frolics talent show. While going over routines at the Martin's house, Miss Bottomly slips on a dropped juggled orange from Mr. Fenton (Whitney Rydbeck) and badly hurts her ankle. She is forced to miss her first day of school in 22 years while recovering at the Martins. While teaching, John's voice suddenly changes to that of Little John's, and later vice versa. He determines it was a result of a sudden shock releasing additional hormones. John struggles to hide the predicament.
