Since I was a young boy, horror films have always fascinated me. Thanks to my mother, I have become the biggest horror fan in my family. I accidentally came across Legends II: A Halloween Tale while browsing the internet, I literally stumbled upon it and after reading the synopsis, I was hooked.
From the opening nightmare scene, I am vaguely reminded of Halloween H20, where Laurie Strode's nightmares of her brother plague her. Then cut to opening credits and what do I see? A brilliant original Halloween Opening Credits with Michael Myers mask replacing the standard pumpkin that has become so well known in most Halloween films.
It only gets better from there. This film is not some cheap spin-off, or a tie-in. This piece deserves a spot alongside the other films on the halloweenmovies homepage. Rob Zombie could learn a thing or two from Gerald J. Godbout III. I give this movie a 10 out of 10, and highly recommend it for all Halloween enthusiasts, looking for another chapter in the chilling and gruesome tale of Michael Myer's carnage.
