I like this show a lot, only not this episode. The only part I enjoyed was the ending, with Zhelan.
So, the police have a lead about explosives in a place. They found nothing. Literally minutes later there is an explosion in the nearest building. And no one goes to check, they even had the time to leave with a big fragment of a bronze bell.
Althea is reprimanded for no good reason (if she can play ping-pong why can't she do some side project?) but then she gets all old woman, and tries to ruin the fun for everyone.
The showrunners apparently forgot that Ryan and the new chef have met already.
And the worst part, Mia. After all what Nicky's family offered her (a home, a welcome, food, a place to stay and help to stay alive and with her research) she just escapes, and then emotionally and physically hurt Nicly. Why? And she claims not to need their help, when she needed to steal they research first, and without Nicky, she would not have the jacket with the message and picture, and without Henry she would not know its meaning. So...why, Mia, why?
Oh, and the Tan family drama? Boring.
