The episode opens with the Susan/Zeke argument that seems to have been held over from the last episode but quickly gets sidetracked with Karl being hospitalised.The following scenes show Mia bonding with the Kennedys and Karl matching wits with a fellow doctor, who actually comes across as a decent person trying to do his job so Karl's game of one-upmanship is a bit unfortunate.Just as Mia seems to have won everyone round, an unfortunate lie and a chance comment by Donna cause Zeke to see her in a new light...
