The very concept of the "shooter" is frightening. Believable to me (I'm a techie) as well. Fast paced, didn't expect the way it would go until about half way through. Then I just knew who it was, but not why or the breadth of the plan. Nicely done.

Great episode. I was on the edge of my seat all trough the episode. The episode was about someone from the team past trying to kill them. The action was great and There was good drama that gave us character development with the team. Especially Jubal and Isobel I loved how emotional he was and Isobel was the one rational.
I think in season 4 it's where FBI Is coming to its own, hope the writing will keep going.

Behind bars even Vargas can be dangerous and deadly and how he seeks revenge for the killing of his wife and son.
Jubal and Rina both are dating as she is shot and in a critical coma there. It is now personal and eyeing over on the agents but going after loved ones that is beyond crossing a very huge line there.
ATF wants to get the guns off the streets but the FBI sees the bigger picture there. It could carry until the season finale.

Bad directing at the start

The director goes out of their way to show that Rina flings her right shoulder backwards when she is shot but yet the center of the blood stain on her sweater looks to be just left of center. Everyone in the crime drama industry should know by now that everything must make sense to the viewer. This confuses the hell out of me.
