This film is an incoherent mess. It's a sequence of excruciatingly prolonged scenes of people fumbling around trying to do this or that. The Director goes out of his way to make the film a tedious viewing experience. To top it off, the shaky, overexposed, flashing footage in this film is literally migraine inducing.
