This has some decent material but not much plot development.Actually, that's not true:It has one major plot development when Ailsa decides to take her head out of the sand and help Sandra.Otherwise, Sam's unpredictable mood swings continue to be unsettling, Kerry manages to be both sympathetic and frustrating in the same scene and Sandra continues to run the line between fear and inner courage in a believable manner.It's a shame she and Steven don't get more screen time together though and the cliffhanger to the previous episode is brushed aside in a couple of angsty scenes.
Martin and Lance provide a few good-natured laughs in the mix, with some added involvement from Sally and Martin's attempts to borrow money off Ailsa.Worth watching but the storyline needs some more development soon.
