Sex & Nudity

  • Male cast members are often shown shirtless and females are shown in revealing outfits.
  • The "smush room" in the house is often used for sexual activity.
  • There are strong sexual references. No nudity

Violence & Gore

  • Almost every night on the show someone gets into a fight resulting in physical fights.

Profanity

  • Very strong, excessive language is used in every episode. The stronger words are all bleeped out on TV, but are not bleeped on the DVD version.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Many characters like to smoke and when they party, they consume a lot of alcohol resulting in some of them getting drunk.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • In season 1 episodes 3 and 4 Snooki is physically assaulted by a patron at a bar. The scene cuts to black when he hits her and he is shown being escorted by the police. Snooki is on the floor crying and is shown being treated in the bathroom with blood on her lip. This can be triggering to victims of domestic violence
  • Season 1,2,3,4,5 ( MA15+( Strong Coarse Language & Sexual References )
  • Some rather emotional moments on the show. One character (Jenni) has a violent temper and she tries to start physical fights with almost everyone at some point.
